Margherita Zoebeli fu  educatrice, pedagogista, organizzatrice e formatrice, convinta che questo suo impegno fosse sociale e politico e l’unico veramente in grado di cambiare il mondo.

Nacque in Svizzera, 100 anni fa, fu in Spagna durante la guerra civile accanto ai figli dei repubblicani incarcerati e in Francia, dove incontrò Freinet. Poi, nel primo dopoguerra, inviata dal Soccorso Operaio Svizzero [Schweizerisches  Arbeiter-Hilfswerk], un’organizzazione sindacale socialista, arrivò in Italia nella città di Rimini, quasi completamente distrutta dai bombardamenti. Qui fondò il Ceis (Centro Educativo Italo-Svizzero), un “Villaggio di baracche” di legno, militari – che ancor oggi esiste – che fu prima un centro sociale, poi una scuola molto speciale, dove si sperimentavano (e si sperimentano) le tecniche della scuola attiva, si incontravano e si formavano gli insegnanti di tutta Italia, si affrontavano le sfide più impegnative : l’inclusione dei bambini con handicap, il rispetto delle differenze di ognuno , la libera espressione democratica.

Durante il laboratorio abbiamo puntualizzato elementi chiave della sua esperienza della formazione degli adulti:

Ø  Gli insegnanti cooperano lavorando insieme e preparando i propri strumenti e sussidi

Ø  Lo scambio, la discussione e la critica riguardano tutti gli aspetti del lavoro educativo: ciò che è andato male come pure ciò che ha funzionato

Ø  Tutti – anche il giardiniere, la cuoca, il falegname – vengono coinvolti nel processo educativo

Ø  Non si segue una metodologia, ma una pluralità di approcci e metodi , senza affezionarsi troppo a nessuno

Ø  Gli esempi di materiali e tecniche didattiche vengono rielaborati  e adattati alle necessità degli studenti

Abbiamo poi realizzato praticamente uno strumento molto interessante per la sua adattabilità: il LOTO’ AUTOCORRETTIVO un gioco che è anche esercizio – ma non pare – di attenzione, concentrazione, logica.

Margherita Zoebeli was an educator, pedagogist, organizer and trainer, she believed that  education was her  social and political commitment and the only really able to change the world.

She was born in Switzerland, 100 years ago, went to Spain during the civil war alongside the children of the jailed Republicans, and later she took them to France, where she met Freinet. Then, after the war, she was sent by the Swiss Labor Assistance, a socialist trade union organization, to Italy  and arrived in the city of Rimini, almost completely destroyed by bombing. Here she founded the CEIS (Italo-Swiss Centre for Education), a "Village of military barracks" made ​​of wood - which still exists today - that was first a community center, then a very special school, a place to experience the techniques of active school, where teachers from all over Italy could meet and train, and where major challenges were faced: the inclusion of children with disabilities, respect for differences of each, free democratic expression.

During the workshop we have pointed out the key elements of her experience in teachers’ training:

·         Teachers work together and cooperate in preparing their own instruments and teaching aids

·         The exchange, discussion and criticism on all aspects of the educational work: what went wrong as well as what worked

·         All - even the gardener, the cook, the carpenter - are involved in education

·         There is not one  methodology, but a plurality of approaches and methods, teachers should not become too fond of any of these methods

·         Examples of materials and teaching techniques are revised and adapted to the needs of students

We then made ​​a very interesting tool, one that teachers can easily adapt: the self-correcting LOTO’ , a game which is also – but without the look of it – an exercise, useful to learn to pay  attention, train concentration and logic.

Margherita Zoebeli enseignante, éducatrice, organisatrice et formatrice, croit que son engagement social et politique était le seul vraiment capable de changer le monde.

Elle est né en Suisse, il ya 100 ans, était en Espagne pendant la guerre civile aux côtés des enfants de républicains emprisonnés en France, où elle a rencontré Freinet. Puis, après la guerre, envoyée par l'Assistance du travail Suisse [Schweizerisches Arbeiter-Hilfswerk], une organisation syndicale socialiste, est arrivée en Italie dans la ville de Rimini, presque entièrement détruite par les bombardements. Ici, elle a fondé la CEIS (Centre pour l'éducation italo-suisse), un «village de cabanes" en bois, militaires - qui existe encore aujourd'hui - qui était le centre sociale d'abord, puis une école très spéciale, où elle a experimenté des techniques de l'école active, a rencontré et formé des enseignants de toute l'Italie. Ici  ont été confrontés les défis majeurs de l’education: l'inclusion des enfants avec handicap, le respect des différences de chacun, la libre expression démocratique.

Au cours de l'atelier, nous avons souligné les éléments clés de son expérience dans l'éducation des adultes:

 Les enseignants travaillent ensemble et  coopérent dans la préparation de leurs propres instruments.

 L'échange, la discussion et la critique sur tous les aspects du travail éducatif: ce qui s'est passé ainsi que ce qui a fonctionné

 Tous , même le jardinier, le cuisinier, le charpentier  sont impliqués dans l'éducation

 On ne suive pas une méthodologie, mais une pluralité d'approches et de methods.

Les exemples de matériaux et techniques d'enseignement sont révisés et adaptés aux besoins des étudiants

Nous avons ensuite fait un outil très intéressant pour sa capacité d'adaptation: le LOTO’ "auto-correctiv” qui est aussi un jeu de l'attention, de concentration, de logique.
